In excellent working condition. It has waveform and scopes, peaking, etc. It comes with the ball head, box, battery plate, AC adapter, and I'm throwing in a multivolt battery (5v/9v/12v) with A/C adpater and cables so you can use it with the monitor, an H4N or other USB powered 5v device, and a random 9v device (I used it to power a GH2 at one time). The monitor has the Sony NP battery plate attached. (Other plates can be purchased from B&H for under $20). $550 shipped in the US.
